Let Dr. Kim Devine, help you empower change with the use of Trauma-Informed Care.

Why Use Trauma-Informed Care (TIC)

Addressing trauma is a crucial component of delivering quality care (Butler et al., 2011; SAMHSA, 2014). By adopting a trauma-informed care (TIC) approach, an agency, organization, or system acknowledges the impact of trauma, assumes that anyone can be a trauma survivor, and uses TIC principles to prevent re-traumatization.
